We are a beloved community in the Episcopal tradition, who welcomes all of God’s beloved children, and values God’s hope, forgiveness , mercy , and unending love above all things. Full stop.
From where ever you have come with whatever you bring, you are welcome here!
We live into our mission as we pray, worship, and proclaim the Gospel; as we tend the dignity of every living thing and all of God’s Creation; and as we promote unbounded kindness, justice, and peace.
We are drawn into the heart of the Trinity of God where our individual and collective lives are marked by generosity, trust, forgiveness, respect and unyielding love.
The Trinity Church community is over 250 years old. We include Old Trinity Church and Burial Ground established in 1771 on Church Street in Brooklyn, CT. It is the oldest functioning Episcopal Church is the state. And it is listed on the National Register of Historic Sites.
But when the community needed a larger footprint, new Trinity was built in 1866. Our beautiful pudding stone church sits on 25 acres of gorgeous bucolic land that includes a pond and a gazebo, and a three-story parish house with gracious space and a whopping potential.
Come and see who follow, what we offer, and how you can feel welcomed just as you are!
